The artist who sings "Big Girls Don't Cry" is one of the big kids in
Billboard's Year In Music charts, as Fergie and Daughtry are among the 2007 leaders.
Powered by "Big Girls," Fergie is the leading Pop 100 artist of 2007 and the top selling artist on Hot Digital Songs and Hot Digital Tracks. The song is also the top title on both mentioned digital lists and the top ranked Pop 100 entry, as well as the Pop 100 song with the largest radio audience and her combined performance on The Billboard Hot 100 and The Billboard 200 make her the No. 1 Female Artist of 2007.
Daughtry, led by "American Idol" finalist Chris Daughtry, owns the top selling album on The Billboard 200 during the chart year, which ran from December 2006 to November 2007. The debut album also ranked as the best seller on Top Comprehensive Albums and Top Rock Albums, and established the band as the best selling act on all three lists.
